Job Description We are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Yorkshire and the Humber, specifically in South Yorkshire, Sheffield. As an integral part of our educational institution, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning activities in Primary Schools.
Job Duties: - Delivering curriculum under the guidance of qualified teachers
- Managing student behaviour in the classroom and during activities
- Assisting with assessment and reporting processes
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment
Required Qualifications: - HLTA qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Education or related field
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: - Previous experience working in a school setting
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications: - Additional training or certifications in education
