About the Role Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for fostering exceptional workplace cultures? We're on the hunt for an on-site People Manager to spearhead the HR initiatives at a busy and growing food manufacturing business. From strategic planning to hands-on administration, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients workforce's experience. Reporting to the Managing Director and supported by the Group's Head of People, you'll be at the heart of implementing and delivering the People Plan, ensuring smooth operations from an HR perspective. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and implement the People Plan.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to employees at all levels.
• Support and coach managers in all things people management.
• Source high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
• Assist in the rollout of new HR systems.
• Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Handle employee relations issues.
• Organise training initiatives and workshops.
• Maintain HR systems in compliance with GDPR.

About You

• A passion for HR and workplace culture.
• HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment.
• Currently operating at HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Manager level
• Strong communication skills and integrity.
