Job Title: HR Systems AnalystSalary: £40,000 - £45,000Location: PrestonHybrid: 2-3 days in office per week. JGA are partnered with an innovative business who are seeking an HR Systems expert to join their team, you will be responsible for all the systems, from project manager and data analytics to process improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to grow their career in a HR Systems role with exposure to Payroll & Benefits. What you'll do:

• Examine and enhance current systems to improve efficiency.
• Address reporting needs pertaining to human resources systems.
• Assess and deploy new system solutions.
• Draft project documentation and technical specifications.
• Oversee system access and permissions, ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Ensure system compliance with GDPR regulations and perform data cleansing.
• Collaborate with partners on system development and testing.
• Develop training materials and offer user assistance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues.
• Track system adoption rates and report on them.
• Assist with project efforts aimed at enhancing processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure legal compliance.
• Uphold safety and quality standards throughout all procedures.
• Fulfil responsibilities to employees and others.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols.
