Interim Financial Controller - Commercial Projects

£500-£600 per day inside IR35
We're exclusively partnered with a Global Real Estate Investor and Developer in London, who are looking to hire an interim Financial Controller to work on multiple Real Estate development projects.
This is a maternity cover of c12-15 months, requiring an experienced Real Estate Accountant who has experience dealing with Real Estate development projects, owning and tweaking the cashflow models and oversight of outsourced accounting.
Key responsibilities:
- Ownership and maintenance of excel project cashflow models, looking at IRR
- Running the commercial model for 3 projects
- Providing financials on projects to fund finance teams
- Liquidity management of projects
- Tax oversight of projects
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant (or equivalent)
- Strong Excel working knowledge, specifically for cashflow models
- Real Estate industry experience
