Role type: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, Permanent Salary: £29,700 - £30,812 per annum Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire About the role St Elizabeth's are seeking to appoint an engaging Learning & Development Trainer to create a continuous learning culture that enables our people to deliver the very best services to the vulnerable children, young people and adults that we support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to expand on their current HR and training experience in a rewarding environment. We have an ambitious People Strategy and business plan and know that in order to succeed, our people are our biggest strength. This role will see you focus on delivering our management training programme, designing vital health and social care training materials, alongside delivering our 2-week induction and other key training sessions to ensure all of our colleagues have a valuable learning experience. About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone that is a great team player, who enjoys presenting and training people to support and enhance their professional development. You will have a genuine love for learning with the ability to communicate in an engaging and informative way. You will understand the importance of effective L&D delivery, the quality and impact, allowing us to continuously improve what we do. You will also have a good awareness of learning disabilities and autism, with previous experience working in a health, care or education setting. We are also offering the successful candidate the opportunity to become a qualified assessor and achieve qualifications in CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) and First Aid.
