Base Salary 32,000 (negotiable) + 3,600 and Benefits

Hybrid - London or fully remote within the UK

Our client is a leading high-end travel and concierge company offering a travel and lifestyle concierge service to their members.

They are now seeking experienced service driven professionals who are Norwegian speakers to service their Nordic clients with proven experience gained within the travel or hospitality industry working with discerning clients.

This role involves rating bespoke holiday itineraries, booking flights, villas, restaurants and events for your client base.

This role can be Hybrid/London or fully remotely based anywhere in the UK.

The role requires flexibility to work to late shifts and as well as weekend work with days off in lieu

Lifestyle Concierge Executives - Fluent Norwegian Speakers Responsibilities

Booking worldwide travel arrangements using your fluent English and Norwegian

Requests can range from car hire and flight only to safaris, cruises, private jets, villas and round the world trips.

Booking restaurants, events and experiences for clients

Providing each client with an exceptionally high level of customer service.

Lifestyle Concierge Executives - Fluent Norwegian Speakers Experience Required

Extensive customer experience gained within the travel, hospitality or VIP concierge industries.

Fluency in Norwegian and English

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure with a focus on attention to detail

Lifestyle Concierge Executives - Fluent Norwegian Speakers Salary and Benefits

Basic salary to 32,000 (depending on experience/negotiable) + Bonus up to 3,600 per annum.
