Management Accountant

Company client currently representing a growing organization who are market leader within their field of expertise. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join their team.

As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of their dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Ledger control: overseeing and conducting all the credit control, sales ledger and purchase ledger- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs within the manufacturing process, identifying areas for improvement.- Month-End Close: Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.- Variance Analysis: Analyse and report on variances between budgeted and actual results, explaining key drivers.- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Undertake special financial analyses and projects as required by the finance team.
