You MUST have the following:

  • Excellent experience as a Network Engineer
  • Cisco and Arista Routers and Switches
  • A10 and F5 loadbalancers
  • Proficiency in Fortinet, CheckPoint or Palo Alto

The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:

  • Cisco certifications
  • Finance/trading
  • Corvil

Role: Network Engineer (Cisco Networking Senior Engineer Operations BAU Production Cisco Arista Routing Switches Network Networking A10 F5 Fortinet CheckPoint Palo Alto Real Time Low Latency Trading Finance CCNA CCNP Corvil Riverbed Financial Services Banking Asset Manager Investment Management Operations Production) required by our financial services client in London. You will work with three mid-level engineers in an operations team that looks after the network, Firewalls and soon telephony too. The network operations team receives escalations from the infrastructure team for issues across the network and security Firewalls. You will be working with Cisco and Arista Routers and Switches, A10 and F5 load-balancers, and Fortinet and CheckPoint on the Firewall side. Experience with Corvil and finance is very desirable.

The company have a hybrid working policy which 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. There will also be opportunities for over time.

Duration: 6 - 12 months

Rate: £500-700/day
