Currently seeking a Customer Service/Order Management Executive to serve as the first point of contact for customer support. This temporary role is essential in providing outstanding service to customers and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily customer support, delivering excellent service and fostering customer loyalty.
- Process orders and address any order-related queries using SAP.
- Keep customers updated on their order's delivery status through proactive phone and email communication.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient order management process, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
