PA for Private Equity Firm

We have an incredible contract or a top EA to join a private equity firm based in the West End. This is a long-term contract with the potential to be extended into a permanent position if it's the right fit. Previous experience working within a Private Equity firm is mandatory as well as being a fully established EA, with the ability to demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Complex diary management
• Arranging international conference calls
• Travel and accommodation booking
• Arranging board meetings
• Document preparation
• Expenses

Key attributes:

• A proven EA with strong organisational skills
• A team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience working within Private Equity or a high level financial services organisation
