Job Title: Product Support Technician

Location: Newmarket, Suffolk

Salary: Up to 38,000 p/a DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours paid per week)

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based just outside of Newmarket, Suffolk is looking for a Product Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Product Support Technician you will be responsible for:

• Developing support material
• Giving phone support by diagnosing and fixing issues
• Supporting local, national, and international exhibitions
• Working with the aftersales team to resolve issues
• Communicating with other departments to feedback product information.

An ideal candidate for the Product Support Technician role will have:

• Experience in an engineering background
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Agricultural experience
• Ability to build and manage customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
