Programme Manager

Yorkshire County Council are looking for a Programme Manager with experience within a variety of construction projects.

• £500 per day.
• Inside IR35.
• Hybrid working 3 days in the office.

Experience Needed:

• I am looking for client side project management experience on a variety of construction projects (public sector/experience of working on a varied corporate estate preferred but not essential) (preferably not housing), buildings surveying background would be preferred but other construction disciplines worthy of consideration.
• Experience of working with client to develop projects from inception including developing briefs and business cases.
• Experience of direct staff management as well as multi disciplinary appointed design teams to deliver design, tender and contract administration of the construction projects.
• As a unit we provide technical support to our internal client departments acting as a critical friend. Experience of contract management and managing multi disciplinary design team relationships JCT/NEC forms of contract is essential.
