School Business Manager

We are currently seeking to appoint a School Business Manager to be a fundamental part of wider operations, taking a lead role in finances, premise management and administration as well as human resource areas, working directly with the Headteacher to manage budgets as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the school's business functions.

We are working with a small village school in maidenhead who have a supportive and experienced team.

The successful candidate will be part of the Leadership Team and use their financial, personnel and interpersonal skills to drive school improvement, find creative solutions to problems and achieve the strategic aims of the school. They will ideally have a background in financial management, have excellent people and communication skills, and an ability to work well under pressure.

This role is either a ASAP start or September start.
