ABOUT THEROLE
As a Senior Care Assistant at aBarchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of ourresidents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care andsupport. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team ofdedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. Youcan also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area,such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. Likeeveryone here, as a Senior Care Assistant, you'll always respectthe dignity and preferences of our residents as well playing yourown part in creating an environment that's warm, welcoming andvibrant.

ABOUT YOU
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma inHealth & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant.We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinicalcare for the elderly. We're looking for people who arewarm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each residentindividualised care and support. You'll have the opportunity todevelop your career through ongoing training opportunities, sothere's no limit to how far you can go with us. Many of our SeniorCarer Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer ornursing roles.
