JGA are partnered with an exciting, high-growth Payroll Services business seeking a Payroll Operations Manager on a remote basis.

To be successful, you will have strong leadership and people management skills, extensive experience in payroll operations and a proven track record of strengthening teams.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Payroll Operations Managers.
• Enhancing leadership and structure within the team (over 50).
• Managing payroll deadlines efficiently.

Skills required:

• Experience in a Global Payroll bureau environment.
• Demonstrable experience in managing UK Payroll Operations.
• Able to deal with changing environments.
• Able to strengthen team structures and service delivery.
