Your Role

As our transformation journey continues, we have an opportunity for a Service Lead to lead our Social Work teams, achieving success and positive outcomes for children and families.

As a Leader within North East Lincolnshire Council, you can expect a tailored approach to your personal learning journey through AcademyNEL, ensuring you are achieving your personal learning goals as well as maximising the support you can give to your team.
