Shipping and Logistics Manager

Our client, one of the UK's most innovative recycling companies, are looking to recruit a Shipping and Logistics Manager to join the growing team.

Main Duties:

• Offering excellent customer service
• Communicating with both customers and suppliers on both inbound and outbound bookings to and from their warehouse
• Ensure materials are adequately recieved in line with shipping schedules
• Manage shipping documents, such as Bills of Lading.
• Take responsibity for quoting and charging
• Report back to stakeholders regarding financial targets and KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with the transport deparment to manage deliveries.

Skills Required:

• Experience within the logistics sector, espeically export documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent administrative skills
• Analytical and good at problem solving
