Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000neg + 10-15% bonus guaranteed
Benefits: Tesla model Y or 3 & exceptional benefits packages The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Building Protection/Waterproofing Products will involve:
- Specification Sales Manager position, selling a high quality portfolio of manufactured building protection/waterproofing products
- Purely focusing on generating specifications
- All of your time will be spent selling to architects, consultants, surveyors and specifiers
- will be KPI driven initially however once up and running would be targeted to turnover circa £600k
- Working on both refurb and new build projects
- Covering London & South East however most of your time will be spent in London
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Building Protection/Waterproofing Products with:
- Must have specification sales experience
- Must be from an associated product background such as: building envelope, waterproofing, concrete repair, building protection, facades, interior insulation, cladding, damp proofing, brickworks, etc
- Must be able to sell a technical solution in a competitive market
- Must be commercially astute
- Must be a strategic thinker, able to analyse competitors and market trends
- Ideally hold a CSSW qualification or similar experience
