We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Department for a rolling contract!
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Excellent customer service skills
- Service Desk Ticket Management
- Administration of Windows user accounts including creation, modification, and deletion
- Talking users through issues on the phone or at desk or logging if required
- Administration of internal IT Systems
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Software installation
- Ticket Management & Prioritisation
- Previous Active Directory experience
Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
- Previous IT Support experience
- Understanding of M365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- iOS/Intune experience
