Are you passionate about technology and providing exceptional support? We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our client's dynamic team and deliver high-quality technical assistance across the clients of five sites.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.
- Manage and respond to service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
System Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, backups, and system monitoring.
- Assist in maintaining the asset register.
User Support
- Deliver IT support to end-users across all five schools.
- Document and share common technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Networking
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of networking systems and services (DHCP, GPOs, DNS, Active Directory, Print Management, Hyper-V, Virtualisation).
- Troubleshoot Internet connectivity issues on end-user devices.
