JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Payment Reform Analyst ("Analyst ") is responsible for developing, operationalizing, maintaining, and monitoring the OneCare Vermont Accountable Care Organization payment reform initiatives. These initiatives include the statewide value-based contracts with payers as well as hospital fixed payment conversions, the Comprehensive Payment Reform program for independent primary care, and other payment reforms yet to be operationalized.
