We're currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Beebe, AR, and help deliver high-quality, individualized care to the families we serve.

• $85,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)

• Performance-based bonus opportunities

Full-time Part-time Contract

• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

• Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills

• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards

• Current BCBA certification (required)

• Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork

• Primary service area: Beebe, AR

• Hybrid model: in-home services with flexibility for remote documentation
