Primary Care Physician | Community Health | Boston

We are seeking a Full time Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care in a community health setting.

• $200K-$230K annually

• Provide ongoing primary care across all ages
• Diagnose, treat, and refer for acute and chronic conditions
• Supervise care team members
• Maintain accurate records and support quality initiatives
• Promote health and preventive care
• Participate in continuing education and on-call duties

• MD or DO with residency in Family or Internal Medicine
• Massachusetts medical license and board certification or eligibility
• BLS certification
• Knowledge of standards, compliance, and patient-centered care
• Commitment to health equity and team leadership
