Job Overview

Provides medical services to the patients of AltaMed. Delivers care and services aligned with AltaMed's Team-Based Care Model focused on population health, evidence-based medicine, appropriate resource use, and integrated delivery of care.

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience and training as a physician are required.
  • Valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California and Board certification required or Board Eligible, with the expectation to become board certified within 30 months of employment.
  • Education, training, and experience are necessary to meet the underwritten requirements for inclusion under AltaMed's malpractice insurance coverage.
  • Previous experience with computer-based systems required; Electronic Medical Records experience preferred.
  • Leadership and/or management skills, preferred.
  • Experience and training as a physician, having completed a US-accredited medical school degree and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a fellowship in Urogynecology or its equivalent.
  • Excellent medical skills in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Urogynecology with knowledge and educational training to qualify as Staff Physician/OBGYN and Urogynecologist.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location, preferred.
  • A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $390,280.00 annually
