Electric Utility Analyst DERMS (17942-1) Boston, MA

• Meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects
• Working with software developers and project teams
• Develop Test Strategy
• Identifying business requirements
• DERMS Functional and Integration testing
• Performance testing (Optional)
• Writing and executing test scripts
• Running manual and automated tests
• Testing in different environments including web and mobile
• Writing bug reports
• Providing objective feedback to software development project team
• Proactively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required
• Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of the project from initial Test planning through completion of project
• Manage all interfaces and communication between the vendor, Project Team and business stakeholders identify gaps and implement improved processes where required
• Communicate all key aspects of the status report on a regular basis through monthly updates and other updates as critical developments occur
• Demonstrated success as a self-starter
• Ability to work with a team and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach
• Ability to create consensus among different stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to the project application stakeholders
