Director, Marketing Technology & Digital Transformation

We're looking for a Director of Marketing Data & Digital Solutions to drive our digital evolution by owning the product vision behind our marketing data and digital ecosystem. Not just managing projects.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role based in the Bay area for someone seasoned in product management, comfortable speaking fluently with technical teams (engineering, data, IT) and non-technical partners (marketing, leadership, vendors). How you communicate, influence, and translate complexity matters here.

What You'll Do:

• Own and lead the product strategy and roadmap for marketing data and digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Partner closely with engineering, IT, marketing, and external vendors to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Optimize marketing technology, AI, and data platforms to unlock insights and improve performance.
• Build business cases, roadmaps, and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership.
• Guide prioritization across initiatives - balancing impact, feasibility, and value.
• Analyze data across multiple sources to inform strategy and drive measurable marketing outcomes.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital solutions, AI, and marketing technology.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing data, or digital solutions (not project-only roles).
• Proven ability to lead conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare or academic medical center environments is a must.
• Deep knowledge of marketing technologies, Agile/SCRUM, and AI-enabled tools.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure, Power BI, Teradata, LiveRamp, Databricks, DOMO, and Snowflake.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must reside in a commutable distance to Mountain View, CA
