Account Manager - Los Angeles

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a qualified Account Manager in Los Angeles County, California. As an Account Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to enabling our customer to solve complex technical problems thru a solutions-based sales approach.

Product categories that enable our customers to succeed include spectrum/signal analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, and communication test systems. Your tasks Understand customer needs and identify how Rohde & Schwarz products can provide technical solutionsCultivate new customer relationships and develop into lasting partnershipsExpand and grow existing customer relationshipsGrow market share and exceed quotaBuild and manage a strong sales funnelProvide input and feedback to product marketing, service and development groups on customer product and application requirements Your qualifications BSEE (or equivalent technical education)5+ years of technical sales experienceA passion for helping people solve problems and an intense focus on customer serviceAn understanding of trending electronic industry technologies, standards and applications (particularly RF/Wireless)Experience with both large and small account managementSelf motivated to learn and understand internal and customer processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEmbraces and thrives in an environment of change, especially with respect to new technologyMust be a US CitizenAbility to travel regularly within the sales territory in addition to some national and international travel Interested? The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level.
