Manage day-to-day development activities for new data solutions and troubleshooting existing implementations.
Work with product owners and technical leads to lead technical discussions and resolve technical issues. Apply best practices of data integration for data quality and automation. Work with product vendors to identify and manage open product issues.
Solve complex data integration problems. Develop and maintain code for data ingestion and curation using Databricks. Work with business analysts to understand business requirements and use cases.
Skills, Experience and RequirementsRequires: 4-year bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of work experience in job offered or as a Data Analytics Architect. Also requires 1 year of experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):Leading/managing production support team on-site and offshoreImplementing AWS cost effective solutions Spark, Python, Scala, or equivalentData ingestion pipelinesBuilding streaming ingestion pipeline using Kafka streams, Apache Flink, or Cloud Computing platforms like Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, etcSQL and NoSQL databases including Postgres, and MongodbChange data capture tools (CDC) Scheduling tools Salary RangesCompensation: $165,000.00/Year - $165,000.00/Year BenefitsEmployment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.Rate of pay: $165,000.
