We work in a highly collaborative environment, striving for excellence and continued growth and learning every day.About the RoleThe Digital Marketing Manager manages the overall strategy creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns. You will drive engagement and conversion across different audience segments, as well as direct channel mix growth.

This position will strategize to increase metrics in SEO, pay per click, paid social, email marketing and display advertising. Will be responsible for the performance of all digital marketing campaigns for our unique portfolio of B2B tradeshows.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing integrated digital campaign strategies with measurable goals supported by analytics and reporting, including demand-generation and lead-generation campaignsProviding a proactive and creative approach to all digital marketing platforms, to achieve measurable goals for awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Managing SEM and SEO strategies designed to improve brand awareness and conversion rates.Planning and executing pay per click campaigns, coordinating the budget, optimization, and reporting of all campaigns.Utilizing the full suite of reporting tools, including Google Analytics, ensuring activities are monitored and continuously optimized.

Leading with a data-driven approach. understanding industry trends and platform best practices to engage community members, grow brand loyalty, and optimize spend and performance.Defining customer journey segmentations and developing roadmaps for targeted segments.

Demonstrate excellent analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Developing and optimizing all stages of the Lead (MQL, SQL) marketing funnel (TODU, MOFU, BOFU)Ensuring performance-oriented reporting with the design of Power BI Dashboards and SpreadsheetsRequirementsHave experience with digital marketing campaign managementHave advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulasExperience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptBe able to work in a dynamic, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detailPossess excellent organization, time management, and project management skillsWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
