Are you looking to provide patient centered and patient driven care? Are you looking to practice to the full scope of your license and manage your own panel? Then we have an exciting role for you!Dartmouth Health Manchester is currently seeking an experienced Family Medicine APRN or PA to work with our Family Medicine team to manage the health and wellness of our patients. As part of a Medical Home, you will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to our patients in Southern New Hampshire. Working under the general direction of the medical director, you will practice autonomously as well as in collaboration with physicians, APRNs, and PA colleagues and other healthcare providers to provide primary healthcare to patients in our practice.Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working in a primary care clinical setting
  • Prior experience managing a primary care panel of patients

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program.

Required Licensure/Certifications
  • Eligible for APRN or PAlicensure in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.
