Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Only - Community Health Center

• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday7:00am-6:30pm. Flexibility in schedule scheduled 40 hours per week
• Patients: 18-20 average per day. 15-minute acute visits, 30-minute chronic visits.
• # Exam Rooms: 3 per physician and 2 per NP
• Staff at this site: 4 provider staff and 11 clinical support staff. 3 dentists, 4 dental hygienists, 6 therapists, 1 psychiatrist, and 2 PMHNPs.
• Call is covered by a contracted nurse triage service. No hospital coverage!
• H1B and J1 sponsorship available
• Lab, interpretive services, and x-ray
• EHR: Epic

• Eligible for state and federal student loan repayment programs - $50,000 for 2 years of service, with option to renew. Get all your student loans paid off!
• Compensation: Salaried position- 1-year guarantee, then production plan + 5% quality incentive available for meeting clinical quality measures.
• Sign on bonus: $10,000

• Retirement Plan: 403 B with 5% employer match
• Contract Length: 3 years preferred

• Malpractice Insurance: FTCA and gap coverage
• CME: $3,500 and 5 days
