Financial Planning and Advisor Support Specialist

• High level of communication and follow-through skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
• Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
• 4 Year college degree in business or finance

• Responsible for assisting Financial Advisors in creating risk reports, income analysis, and one page deliverable for prospective client meetings.
• Prepare documents for upcoming review appointments with existing clients.
• Manage Salesforce data & ensure records are kept.
• Produce additional analysis reports for advisors as requested.
• Maintain accurate filing records to satisfy federal regulator requirements.
• Support the client service department with any additional tasks.
