Our client in Camden County, NJ is in need of a Full-time Physician (Geriatrician) for an assignment!
Job details:
-Start Date: ASAP
-Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm. On average, seven (7) on-call -days (evenings/weekends) with weekend telephone triage.
-Position serves as Outpatient PCP and skilled facility
-Number of patients that the provider will be seeing in a day varies from 2-8 per day
-Provide initial and ongoing participant assessments, care plan development, and implementation of care plan.
-Complete documentation timely and uses appropriate diagnostic coding.
-Participate in provider on-call rotation as required
-Manages all care of participants in the nursing home
Job Requirements:
-Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - REQUIRED
-Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine - HIGHLY PREFERRED
-NJ license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
-CDS Certification & DEA Registration (prior to start) - REQUIRED
-Minimum 1 year working with the frail or elderly population - REQUIRED
-BLS (prior to start) - REQUIRED
-Clean/Clear malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
-EMR TruChart experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
