HR Systems Specialist

• 2 years of HRIS/HR systems experience is required.
• Work Schedule is hybrid Monday-Friday. Must reside near the San Antonio, TX area.
• Preferred knowledge of Paycor HRIS system.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain performance appraisal forms by updating, adding, or deleting as position agreement changes.
• Create templates and upload bulk changes into Paycor. Audit results to ensure accuracy of load.
• Maintain security access to HR systems by adding, deleting, or modifying users as needed.
• Assist with processing incoming Paycor transactions such as new hires, transfers, pay changes, and terminations.
• Assist in educating the HR team by providing monthly HR systems topics and training.
• Evaluate, create, and maintain reporting needs of the organization.
• Work with various levels of team members to troubleshoot reports of HR system and timeclock issues.
• Work with HR Systems Director to identify and correct issues with EDI file feeds and data content.
• Report, track, and complete resolution of HR system issues with vendor partners.
• Make recommendations to HR Systems Director on process improvements.
• Assist HR Systems Director with implementation of new processes and features.
