• A starting base wage ranging from - $66,500 - $80,000/yearly (.based on experience, not including OT )

What do I need to be considered for this position?

• The ability to perform material takeoffs from site conditions and blueprints
• A track record of managing the client experience from start to finish
• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Have strong technical carpentry skills, including framing, drywall, cabinetry, finish work, etc.
• Be comfortable working inside, outside, on ladders and on roofs
• Have your own set of carpentry tools
• Have a basic understanding of iPhone or Android smartphone technology
• Five (5) or more years of residential carpentry experience is necessary
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
