Equipped with Boost Mobile and its 9 million customers as the newest part of the DISH brand, we're setting our sights on competing in the prepaid and postpaid retail wireless market as the nation's fourth facilities-based mobile carrier.High-level job responsibilities:The Manager of the Retail Wireless Fraud Platform is responsible for the systems that monitor for and remediate Subscription, Device and Usage Fraud. This role will build and manage the team that analyzes, develops and maintains the technology platform.
The primary goal of this role is to develop and maintain the Fraud systems across the retail wireless business. The position will manage the technical team building and maintaining the software platform.Day-to-day job responsibilities: Develop and maintain platform to manage and remediate Fraud riskIntegration of new acquisitions or expanded product offerings into the platformManagement of product development and feature enhancementsAgile workflows management and delivery of software developmentCoordination with other technical teams on cloud environments, data ingestion and management as well as integration with other operating platformsWork cross functionally with the core systems and ecommerce teams for integration pointTechnical evaluation of the vendor products and services Management of the SDLCEvaluation of product enhancements cost and valueSkills, Experience and RequirementsHigh-level qualifications:BA/BS in a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science); and/or equivalent experience.
