This includes developing strategies for account-based marketing, sales enablement, operational consulting, reporting, campaign management, activation, road mapping, and other related activities. They will use analytics to measure the effectiveness of these efforts and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum success.Company overview: We are a Marketing firm working with Fortune 1000 companies assisting with organizational alignment and targeting account selection guidance to program planning, design, and messaging, as well as account performance measurement criteria and activation recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute an overall marketing/sales strategy to generate sales.Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.Manage account-based marketing, sales enablement, operational consulting, reporting, campaign management, activation, and road mapping.
Create and implement a plan to optimize marketing efforts and adjust as needed based on analytics.Manage Salesforce, HubSpot, Drift, and Marketo.Identify and recommend new opportunities to expand the scope of marketing/sales initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and adjust plans accordingly.Develop a strong understanding of the customer base and use this to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.5+ years' experience in marketing and sales.Strong understanding of analytics and ability to utilize results to make necessary changes to campaigns.
Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, Drift, and Marketo.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
