Employed position
Hospital-based, outpatient setting
Work with patients who have chronic pain
Collaborate with physician(s), but requires a high level of independent clinical decision-making in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications:
Highly motivated and team oriented
Safe, balanced, and patient focused approach to pain management
Graduated from an accredited NP/PA program
Certification from a national certifying body (ANCC, AANP, etc )
Requires full prescriptive authority upon employment
Current DEA/DEA eligible in the state of Ohio
3+ years practice experience (pain experience preferred)
Must be ACLS Certified
