Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Established and growing Chicago Plaintiff Personal Injury firm seeking an Associate Attorney for hire for Personal Injury law from filing of suit to trial - (1+ years of personal injury experience required). Candidate should be aggressive, motivated to take cases to trial, have expertise in client communication and ability to multi-task and excited to work on a diverse case load. The position allows the attorney to work collaboratively with other trial attorneys in the office and pays salary, benefits, and very competitive fee splitting for originated business. There is no ceiling on the potential case bonuses for new business brought in.

Who we are seeking:

• Candidate should be highly motivated and eager to handle multiple Plaintiff Personal Injury cases in both state and federal court from suit to trial.
• Candidate should have a strong desire to litigate aggressively and take cases to trial.
• Must be currently licensed to practice in Illinois.

This is an in-office position so candidate must be able to commute to downtown Chicago offices; however, work from home is offered over time with experience.
