You will align continually with the Process Solutions team to assess portfolio opportunities and needs in the Automation & Control industry for the Refining, Chemical, Mining and Pharma market, provide input into regional industry trends, technology/product development, to enhance our portfolio offerings specific to end-user needs.Location/Travel:Regionally base in the following states (California/Arizona/Nevada/Colorado/)Ability to travel up to 40% in your regionKey ResponsibilitiesCreate Sales and Business development strategies to increase company revenue and brand value.Work with executive leadership to build a dynamic and future flexible business strategy for rapid growth in this market space.

Advise on the industry trends and support the development of growth strategies. Analyze existing business strategies and provide recommendations for future growth.Develop and manage a pipeline of potential new accounts, greenfield projects, business opportunities, and partnerships within the Automation & Control industry.

Pursue new business opportunities and ensure seamless handoff from business development to sales.Help executive leadership in setting investment direction to support profitable growth in this market space.Collaborate with internal teams, including products teams, technical sales consultants, and marketing, to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new business opportunities and partnerships in the RegionWork with other divisions within the company to leverage synergies and expand the company's offerings in their specific business unit as One Honeywell.
