We are looking for a talented, self-directed, technical individual to join our DevOps - Alpha team. Our goal is to shorten the development life cycle and provide continuous delivery/continuous integration with high software quality.

This opportunity requires experienced application development skills, high team collaboration, and strong communication skills. This is a horizontal team which will provide you with experience working across product teams in AMCC and ET along with all levels of engineers. The focus of work will be on AWS, DevOps tools and other emerging technologies that enable our customers and enterprise users to be successful.

The candidate will be tasked with:Defining, developing, integrating and supporting DevOps - Alpha tools & services along with providing guidance & consulting to product teams.Triaging issues/gaps within our tools/services and coming up with creative solutions to solve the issues/gaps.Working with Senior, Staff and Principal Engineers on issues/enablement ideas with a focus on implementing solutions.

Working closely with product teams to understand their issues in development lifecycle and coming up with creative ways to help reduce/eliminate these issues.Creative mindset and ok with working in grey.Self-motivated and likes challenging work.

Passion for learning, team player, and builds relationships.Engaged and not afraid to speak up.Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
