Applications for the Carle Nurse Residency Program (CNRP) will be considered for all new grad opportunities,
including Inpatient (Med/Surg, Critical Care, ED, Maternal/Child), Ambulatory (clinic), and Procedural tracks. To complete your application, you are required to submit the following documents :

The staff RN is a professional care giver who assumes responsibility for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the utilization of the nursing process, nursing trends, technology, financial and human resources within the philosophy of the institution.
