RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Thoracic Surgeon in Northern NJ

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is currently seeking a full-time Thoracic Surgeon for employment with Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. This is an opportunity for a driven physician to join a nationally recognized team featuring industry leading care to further develop a high-quality Thoracic Surgical program. This role will also be responsible for providing coverage in our most northern regions hospitals. We are proudly partnered with Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, the states only NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. We provide state of the art cancer care including providing patients access to NCI, sponsored and Co-Op clinical trials. Coming 2025, we will be opening a new free-standing dedicated cancer building that new staff can look forward to working in.

Candidate Requirements:

• BC/BE in Thoracic Surgery
• Fellowship trained
• NJ licensed or eligible for NJ licensure
• Interest in general thoracic surgery and have experience with robotic procedures
