Quantinuum recently secured $300m in funding, visit our news pages to learn more about this and other Quantinuum scientific breakthroughs and achievements: We are seeking a capable and experienced Senior Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations Manager to lead our team in Broomfield, CO, manage existing facility and drive standardization across Quantinuum sites. This role will use advanced leadership abilities to drive all aspects of the site's operations, including safety, facilities management, liquefaction operations, project, and personnel management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

This role requires someone who can effectively manage a diverse team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that the site meets its performance goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position reports directly to the Director ISC Operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all operational activities at the Broomfield location.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity across all areas of the site.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, physicists, engineering, procurement, and finance, to coordinate activities and achieve site and company objectives.Lead and mentor a cross-functional ISC team by providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track site performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to meet or exceed targets.Implement process improvements and lean principles to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.Manage the site's budget, including forecasting expenses, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for savings.

Ensure timely, accurate and concise reporting of operational metrics, financial performance and project status to senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices.Set role model standards for behavior and performance, serving as a blueprint for all Quantinuum sites.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.YOU MUST HAVE:Bachelor's degree Minimum 4+ years' experience in program management, process engineering, facilities, or leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment.Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Self- motivated and willingly takes ownership of issues and seeks team participation. Sound knowledge and experience with driving basic facility requirements.

Experience with building maintenance and/or construction and reading blueprints.Familiarity with OSHA regulations, environmental health and safety guidelines, and local building and fire codes. Proficiency in MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
