We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join the DocuSign CLMEngineering team and help scale and build the next generation of CLM experiences. As a technology leader, you will help build a top-tier software organization that is responsible for the development and upkeep of highly scalable, reliable, and available ( 5 nines ) systems.

What you bringBasic 8+ years of combined software development and management experience across multiple languages and frameworks or equivalent experience8+ years of hands on software development or equivalent experience5+ years of managing software engineering teamsPreferred Experience with leading cloud migration projectsExperience with leading microservice transformation projectsDemonstrated track record leading geographically dispersed teamsExperience working in at least 3 languages or paradigms, or equivalent experienceExperience with REST API abstraction layers in complex enterprise environments with SOA and ROA or equivalent experienceExperience with large complex data ecosystems and data quality and lifecycle issuesDemonstrated track record of being a change agentKnowledge and experience in high scale, highly available (99.99+) systemsExperience with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, SQL Server, etc.)SaaS or Cloud experienceWage TransparencyBased on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.
00 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $164,800.00 - $232,750.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
