Our firm has grown significantly over the past few years. We have a young group of partners as well as a retiring partner. This position will be eligible for partnership opportunities in the near future We are recruiting for a Senior Tax Manager within our Tax Group.

Our Tax team is looking for determined people with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to grow with our Firm.What You Will Be Doing- Preparation of complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations.- Review tax returns prepared by staff and make recommendations regarding accuracy and tax savings opportunities.

- Oversee and coordinate tax planning and projections for business clients and their owners. - Supervise, train, and mentor staff. - Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve tax-related problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.

- Assist partners on proposals and business development calls. - Possess an understanding of state and foreign tax issues.What You Need for this PositionCPA certification Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

An advanced degree in Accounting or Tax is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Minimum of 8 years of public accounting experience in taxation. Strong tax accounting skills with proficiency in tax compliance.
