We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions that align with our business objectives and industry best practices.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical designs.Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive software architecture designs that align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and industry best practices. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
Analyze and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architecture designs. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to recommend suitable solutions that enhance product capabilities and performance. Lead the design and implementation of integrations between various systems, applications, and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural decisions and performance benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery of software solutions. Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of software solutions. Prepare technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design documents, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure maintainability of solutions.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Software Architecture. Demonstrated experience with Third Party Integrations. Experience with Data Integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with various operating systems and databases. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Continual learning and capacity to stay up to date on technological developments. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of coding techniques and principles.
