Together, we'll drive innovation and help our customers navigate the complex world of governance, risk, and compliance.What You'll Do Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, feedback, and requirements Work closely with the Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our GRC product suite, ensuring it meets the expectations and goals of our customers Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend solutions, supporting critical compliance and risk management functionalitiesCollaborate with frontend engineers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, enabling customers to interact seamlessly with our GRC platformEngage with customers and partners, gathering feedback and addressing any questions or concerns they may haveContribute to the overall architecture, design, and code quality of our GRC solutionsWhat You'll Need Minimum Qualifications4+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree or related software engineering experience Preferred QualificationsStrong mentorship experienceExtensive experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on technologies such as Kotlin, TypeScript, React, and DartProficiency in frontend development to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect and implement scalable software solutions Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset to effectively collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersAbility to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPhysical Requirements and Working ConditionsEmbrace your inner wanderlust - expect up to 15% travelStay virtually untethered with the power of reliable internet access, enabling you to work remotely from your chosen spot, whether that's your home office or a beachside caféHow You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $120,000.00 - $204,000.00 A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
