• $350,000 Guaranteed Salary
• $20,000 Sign-On Plus up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance
• Medical Benefits and Retirement with Match

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS General Surgery (GS)

• FTE General Surgery- bariatric experience not required but a plus
• 1 Day Clinic/4 Days OR
• CRNP, MA and LPN Support
• GS, GI, EM, and BS all Employed at the Hospital
• 54-Bed Independent Non-Profit Hospital

• Board Certified by the American Board of General Surgery

• 1.5 hours to Pittsburgh PA
• 2 hours to Harrisburg PA
• Local Airport less than 8 miles away
