Shift: Rotating D/E, 8x5, 40 hrs/week, partial weekend- Saturday or Sunday required, no Holidays or on-call.

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• MD/Compact license
• 2 Years' Experience
• Must have experience with NDNQI Survey and avility to function independently with excellent communication skills and ability to work with LPNs
• Must have Would care certification WPCN
• AHA BLS

• COVID vaccine required. Only Medical Declination accepted
• Facility is no longer accepting candidates within a 50-mile radius
